2)Teamwork

Today, most successful organizations work in teams. The motives for forming such teams can be very different as well as the reasons for their success or failure. Whatever the reasons for creating the team, the efficiency of the team is not the result of good fortune nor is it the result of the lucky combination of personalities on the team.

The team’s success is a product of joint efforts and motivation of all team members to achieve optimal results. Teamwork can be full of challenges, but also full of satisfaction and great atmosphere. However, it can also be a source of frustration and dissatisfaction among the team members.

With our help, you can improve and even perfect your employees’ willingness to work in teams, as well as the competencies necessary for successful team functioning! This is why it is important to teach your employees about the basics of teamwork, and about the individual contribution every team member can make. Being able to recognize individual roles and contributions in a team is very important, crucial even. To train employees in this field is a prerequisite for the improvement of the individual, but more importantly team efficiency.

Learning Objectives:

By applying short, simple and entertaining activities and games, the goal is to take the team members out from their existing comfort zone, but also to take them out of their usual habits and usual ways of communicating. This will help them understand their needs and how to best meet them by working in a Team with other people from different departments and with different job descriptions. These short and simple activities will encourage creativity and inventiveness and will help the participants abandon their existing stereotypes and help them work better in a Team and with their coworkers.

What will you learn:

Teamwork: yes or no and what are the reasons?
Let’s differentiate: Group vs. Group?!
Then, what is a Team?
When is teamwork necessary?
Team size
Shaping and growing the team
Is it better to let go of the old, or to introduce a new member to the team?

Who is this training for:

This training course is intended for managers of all levels and all industries (presidents and board members, executive directors, directors of departments, coordinators, team leaders, CEOs), and all those who are responsible for managing and organizing a number of employees. It is also intended for all those managers who need to motivate their employees.

This training can be combined with other training programs such as “Principles of effective communication” and / or “Customer Relations.” Also, it is possible to do only “Teamwork” or just “Motivation” within other training courses as needed.

This area can be easily combined with some “team building” activities outside the office. We can organize a “guest education” in the mountains, skiing, lake, etc. The imagination has no limits and we achieve real results!

Duration:
2.5 days (4hrs per day). Theory and practical work / simulations and group activities.

We recommend that you combine these two trainings with some other training courses we offer.

Expected results: Improved employee CONFIDENCE, improved TRUST and COMMUNICATION within the Team are the main benefits your employees will reap. Also, some other important results such as employee motivation, respect for diversity, improved efficiency of the team and awareness of common interest within the company-are just some additional by-products of these activities. Teams will become more efficient and stronger. Individuals will bond among each other as well as resolve earlier leftover disagreements and conflicts. Training participants will acquire the skills necessary to work together as a Team in a cohesive and motivated way.
