Did you know that human Communication in general is 55% non-verbal, which is not what is said but what is shown by our gestures? Did you know that 60% to 80% of the impact we leave on others during our first encounters is solely done through gesturing and body language? In academic circles, this approach to human behavior is called Nonverbal Communication. So far, we have registered over 1 million nonverbal gestures and 250,000 facial expressions, and about 10,000 micro facial expressions that last less than 1/15th or 1/25th of a second. Body Language is a subject of extensive scientific study in modern psychology and communication as well as other sciences such as neurology and psychiatry. The police, criminal investigators, forensic scientists also pay much attention to Body Language research. It is important for managers, insurance salesmen, human resources (HR) managers, politicians and political advisors, advertising industry, media, judiciary, public figures, anthropologists, etc.

Learning Objective:

You will learn about the basics of nonverbal communication and all the important gestures any person displays daily, both at work and in his or her private life. You will be able to notice and read body language gestures and know what others really think. Duration:
This is a two day training (4hrs per day).
However, we recommend that you consider combining this training program with the: “Principles of Effective Communication” as they are highly complementary. Duration of the combined training is 3-5 days (4hrs per day).
Working on weekends is also an option.
If, because of the financial or time restrictions you cannot dedicate more than 2 days, then this training will be very useful to you as is.
